Purpose and legal basis: The purpose of this customer relationship management („CRM“)  data base is the relationship management to partner organisations of AT&S, with whom we cooperate in the public sector, in research & development and higher education. It is used to document and consolidate existing collaborations in these areas.  The data can also be used for potential new research topics, initiations and collaborations. The data is only visible for AT&S internally and is not available to the public. The legal basis of this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, namely the legitmiate purpose of AT&S to support these interests via a data base.

Right to object: You have the right to object to this processing on grounds of your particular situation. Please direct your objection to  pnrm@ats.net or to privacy@ats.net.

Data categories/subject of the processing: We process the following categories of personal data of selected organisational representatives, project leaders of AT&S and our partners, and contact persons: name, salutation, title, instiution/company, professional contact information, project names (if applicable, only AT&S internal), day and month of birth (if applicable)

Recipients: Microsoft Cloud (Hosting in EU)

Storage period: As long as an economic relationship of interest exists, but for a maximum of 5 years.

Your rights as a data subject:

  • Right to rectification as per Art. 16 GDPR
  • Right to erasure as per Art. 17 GDPR
  • Right to restriction of processing as per Art. 18 GDPR
