Numerous domestic companies and research institutions presented their ongoing research projects and took the opportunity to visit the new substrate production facility with integrated research center in Hinterberg.

Apprenticeship Day at AT&S was a complete success

AT&S is focusing on skilled workers of tomorrow: more than 200 interested young people and parents visited the AT&S headquarters in Leoben. The new apprenticeships start in September and registration is now open. AT&S also supports the international school in Leoben, for which the registration phase begins in February.

AT&S CEO function to be newly advertised

As previously reported, Andreas Gerstenmayer has resigned from his position as CEO of AT&S for personal reasons with effect from Oct. 1, 2024. On an interim basis, Dr. Peter Schneider – previously Deputy CEO – will take on the role of “Spokesman of the Management Board”. Until the new CEO is appointed, Mr. Gerstenmayer's responsibilities will be taken over by the Management Board.

School class experiences hands-on microelectronics

"Fascinating, cool, beautiful, child-friendly ..." AT&S recently received this praise from real experts – the students of the 3rd grade of the Europagymnasium Leoben. The youngsters were given an exclusive tour of the recently opened AT&S Erlebniswelt in Leoben Hinterberg. From mid-January 2024, the Line Tours will be available to all visitors, not just school classes, by appointment.
