Information subject to disclosure
AT&S grants insight into its internal processes at any time. Here you will find the current reports of our Supervisory Board, our annual balance sheets and investment lists, our profit and loss accounts, and all information subject to disclosure according to Section 325 of the Austrian Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch).
In addition to the Austrian Stock Corporation Act (Aktiengesetz), the articles of association also govern key issues for AT&S. In addition to the provisions on the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the General Meeting, these articles of association include the object of the company, statements on the nominal capital and shares, and on the annual financial statements and the distribution of profits.

The Insider Rules of AT&S are set out down in the Capital Markets Compliance Policy and serve to prevent the misuse of insider information.
These rules inform all employees, company bodies, and people working for the company about the legal prohibition on the misuse and disclosure of insider information, and about compliance with organisational measures to prevent insider trading.
In addition, these Group guidelines contain additional rules to prevent the misuse of insider information by people in areas that are subject to confidentiality, i.e. the Management Board, the Supervisory Board, executive employees, the Works Council and other persons with access to information that could potentially be relevant to the capital market. Special rules regarding the handling of information apply to these areas of confidentiality.
Purchases, sales and other transactions involving financial instruments of the company by members of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board or people related to them must be reported to the company and the Financial Market Authority in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014. Furthermore, AT&S AG voluntarily publishes these proprietary transactions on the company website.
