Gerda Königstorfer new Director Investor Relations & Communications as of April 2018

As of 1 April 2018, Gerda Königstorfer (46) will take over as Director Investor Relations & Communications at the publicly listed high-end printed circuit board producer AT&S. She will succeed Elke Koch, who is leaving the company at her own request at the end of February.

Gerda Königstorfer will be responsible for the entire capital market communication, global internal and external communications, and public affairs. Moreover, she will exercise the role of Deputy Compliance Officer.

Born in Upper Austria, Gerda Königstorfer started her career with Rosenbauer International AG while studying business administration in Linz. In addition to investor relations, she also gained extensive professional experience in treasury and international export financing, among other areas. In 2006, she was appointed Head of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations and also took over the role of Company Spokesperson. Furthermore, she is a Board member of the Cercle Investor Relations Austria (C.I.R.A.), the interest group representing publicly listed companies in Austria.
