With the new R&D center for IC substrates at the Leoben-Hinterberg site, AT&S is creating 700 exciting and sustainable new jobs in a unique world-class innovation center in Europe. “Our leading technologies and solutions are irreplaceable as essential and reliable components for numerous digital devices and platforms. Through expertise and commitment, the AT&S team enables the development of sustainable answers to the big questions of the future. We have outstanding employees from 61 nations who we are putting in the spotlight with our campaign to draw attention to the variety of opportunities at AT&S and address new talent,” says AT&S CEO Andreas Gerstenmayer, presenting the “Faces of AT&S” campaign for talent searches.
We are looking for people enthusiastic about technology who want to take on tasks in a multinational and open environment. These include university graduates for high-tech engineering in production, quality assurance, maintenance, production control, front-end technology, and committed skilled workers and HTL graduates for production, engineering, maintenance, production planning and controlling.

The state-of-the-art substrate center is future-oriented for Austria and Europe and scores with the most modern production technology and clean rooms for the highest demands.
