29th Annual General Meeting

As a stock corporation, we convene an Annual General Meeting once a year. Here we decide on personnel changes on the Supervisory Board and make provisions for the appropriation of profits. At the AGM, our shareholders have the opportunity to obtain information, communicate and pass resolutions.
