Purpose and legal basis:

AT & S is a leading manufacturer of high quality printed circuit boards and IC-Substrates in Austria. AT & S’s public relations work is designed to provide public information about its activities. Personal photos and videos electronically recorded during AT&S events serve this purpose of reporting and documentation.

Photo and video material is processed on the basis of the legitimate interests acc. to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR of AT & S to document and report on its activities. There is no legal or contractual obligation for this data processing and there will be no consequences if the data are not provided.

AT&S is committed to ensuring that its interest in producing photos and videos does not unduly infringe the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Your wish not to be photographed or filmed will be respected, especially in the case of individual recordings.

Right to object:

You are entitled to object to this data processing for personal reasons. Please contact the event organizer team at the event. You can also exercise this right by sending your justified objection to privacy@ats.net or internal.communication@ats.net.

Recipients:

After careful selection, the image and video material will be shared with the following categories of recipients or published in the following print and online media: AT&S website, AT&S print media, data processors such as hosting provider, agency, printing house, social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Wechat as well as local and international media. In case of online media the published data is available worldwide.

Retention period:

Your personal data will be deleted or anonymized if it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was processed and no statutory retention obligations or the assertion of legal claims prevent its deletion.

Erasure in print media that have already been published is not possible. Images and videos on websites or social media platforms will be deleted to the extent technically possible.
