AT&S, an Austrian-based global high-tech leader in printed circuit boards & IC substrates with production facilities in Austria, China, India and Korea and sales offices around the globe, is establishing its first production facility in Malaysia. AT&S’s new campus is being built in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. The start of commercial production is planned for the end of 2024. Once completed, the AT&S campus in Kulim will produce IC substrates for high-performance processors used in high-performance computing, data centers, gaming, 5G, automotive and AI.

Operators & Technicians
