AT&S We Care – Whistleblowing Platform

For AT&S as an international high-tech company integrity is a key value. Our company and our customers, suppliers, employees, shareholders or other partners strive for compliance with the highest standards, not only on a technical level but also from a business and ethical point of view. To maintain our credibility, trustworthiness and authenticity, we have to undertake any action to assure that we do not allow serious misconduct within AT&S. Therefore we want to make sure that if employees or external third parties observe or are informed about an actual or potential serious compliance violation or a serious violation of the AT&S Code of Conduct, there is the chance to report such an issue (whistleblowing).

“Whistleblowing” refers to the disclosure by a person, usually an employee in a government agency or private enterprise, to the public or to those in authority, of mismanagement, corruption, illegality, or some other serious wrongdoing to help that such wrongdoing will be remedied.

Please use the platform in case you notice corruption, fraud, sabotage or violations of capital market compliance, environment, health and safety regulations, data protection, intellectual property, human rights, employment law or other serious violations of internal obligatory guidelines.

WE CARE means that AT&S cares about YOUR concerns and takes care of improper conduct or breach of law within our company or business environment – and remedies it! The “AT&S – We Care” platform provides a state-of-the-art reporting and communications system (also called Business Keeper Monitoring System – “BKMS”®) for serious compliance matters and is safe for data protection. By using this whistleblower platform you can actively help AT&S to take care of serious compliance issues. Any information provided will be treated absolutely confidentially and without any negative consequences for the submitter. However, AT&S promotes a transparent and open way of communication and therefore of course encourages every whistleblower to also give information about their identity. Nevertheless, if someone does not feel comfortable by showing the name, a report may also be submitted anonymously.

Please use this platform in a responsible manner and only share information that is true to the best of your knowledge.
